Software & IT services
Scope and delivery. Services are provided against the scope, deliverables, assumptions, schedule, acceptance process and fees in the quotation or statement of work accepted by both sides. A request outside that scope may require a written change and revised fee or timeline. The client is responsible for timely decisions, accurate requirements and lawful access to systems, data and materials it supplies.
Fees and external costs. Payment milestones and due dates are stated in the accepted quotation or invoice. Applicable taxes are shown or handled as required. Cloud usage, domains, hosting, licences, subscriptions, APIs, advertising and other third-party charges are excluded unless the written quotation expressly includes them; third-party providers may have their own terms and service availability.
Client materials, confidentiality & intellectual property. Each party remains responsible for the materials and information it supplies and must have the rights needed for their use. Confidential information should be used only for the engagement and protected with reasonable care. Ownership, licence and handover of deliverables are governed by the relevant written quotation or statement of work and any applicable payment conditions.
Changes, suspension & outcomes. We may pause work where required access, decisions or undisputed payments are overdue, after reasonable notice where practical. We will use reasonable professional care, but software and technology work depends on client systems and third-party platforms; a particular business result, uptime, ranking, revenue or security outcome is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Professional training & enrolment
Course pages describe the intended subject matter, curriculum, duration, roadmap, format and current offer. The exact course, price, schedule, prerequisites, delivery format, access period and included materials are those confirmed for your order in writing. Payment creates an enrolment request; course access or cohort scheduling is confirmed by IT Purview. Learners must provide accurate enrolment details, meet stated prerequisites and keep account credentials secure.
Course enrolment requires the identity document described in the Privacy Policy and acceptance of the applicable terms and privacy notice. Course access is for the enrolled learner and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. Third-party exam vouchers, certifications, software licences, subscriptions, cloud credits and usage charges are excluded unless the written offer expressly includes them.
IT Purview is an independent training provider. Vendor and certification names identify course subject matter and do not imply vendor affiliation or authorization. Training and roadmaps do not guarantee examination results, certification, employment, placement, salary or promotion. Any salary information is an estimate for general career planning, not a promise or offer.
Website use, payment & general terms
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability or other users. Prices, offers and course details may be corrected or updated before an order is accepted; the amount presented by the payment provider and confirmed for your order is the relevant checkout amount. Payments are processed by Cashfree or the provider shown at checkout, under that provider’s terms. Do not submit another person’s identity document or payment information without authority.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To ask about an order or these terms, contact info@itpurview.com. The parties may agree additional written terms for a particular engagement or course.
