Software & IT services
Information you provide: name, work email, company, phone number, project type, timeline, budget, current environment and project requirements submitted through enquiry, quotation or payment forms. If you pay for a service, we also process the selected service, order, invoice and payment status.
Why we use it: to respond to your request, assess requirements, prepare and perform an agreed engagement, process payment, issue invoices or receipts, provide support, prevent misuse and meet record-keeping obligations.
Please do not send passwords, private keys, API secrets, payment-card details or other authentication credentials in general forms or project descriptions. Confidential project information should be shared only through a channel agreed for the engagement.
Professional training & learner accounts
For a learner account or enrolment, we process your name (including middle name if provided), email, phone number, country, course and offer selected, order amount and status, account identifier, and the dates you accepted the enrolment terms and privacy policy. Firebase Authentication supports sign-in with Google or email and password; authentication credentials are handled by Firebase and are not stored as plain text by IT Purview.
For India-based learners, submit only a Masked Aadhaar copy with the first eight digits hidden; international learners may provide a government-issued identity document. Do not enter or upload a full, unmasked Aadhaar number. The uploaded document is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage in a private R2 bucket, and the decryption key is held separately as a server secret. The uploaded document is scheduled for automatic deletion 30 days after collection. Order, payment and consent records are kept separately for administration, audit and applicable financial or legal requirements. Access to a stored identity document is restricted to authorized training administration and recorded in an access log.
Identity documents are used only for enrolment identity checking and related administration. Do not upload an unrelated document. Requests about access, correction or deletion can be sent to info@itpurview.com; some transaction records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, security or legal purposes.
Payments and service providers
Cashfree processes checkout and payment transactions. Payment-card, UPI and bank authentication details are entered with the payment provider and are not collected by this website. Cloudflare provides hosting, Worker processing, database and private object storage services. Firebase provides learner authentication. Where configured, Resend sends payment receipts. These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy notices.
The website may offer an AI assistant. When an external AI connection is enabled and you use it, the message and relevant conversation context you submit are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Do not include identity documents, passwords, payment details or secrets in AI messages.
Security, storage & retention
Connections use HTTPS/TLS. Training identity documents receive additional application-layer encryption before upload and are stored in a private bucket. Access to systems is restricted by role and server-side authorization. No internet service can promise absolute security; please contact us promptly if you believe information was submitted to the wrong place or accessed improperly.
We retain information for as long as needed to answer requests, deliver services or training, manage accounts and orders, handle disputes, maintain security and satisfy applicable record-keeping requirements. Identity-document files follow the 30-day deletion schedule described above; associated order and audit records are separate.
Cookies, local storage & your choices
Necessary browser storage supports authentication, security, checkout and saved preferences. The cookie-preference interface also offers analytics and marketing categories; optional categories should remain off unless you choose them. You can change your selection using Cookie preferences in the site footer. Your choice is stored on your device. Payment and authentication providers may use technologies needed to provide the service you request.
